Orders around Gauteng are delivered within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you during the time the order was created. Deliveries will be handed to the address given during the order placement. Orders in outlying areas can take up to a week to be delivered.

To qualify for a refund or a product exchange, the individual must submit proof of payment as well as the order invoice attached to the order. Furthermore, the products returned must be in their original packaging and must be sealed.

The customer is required to inform Natural Lifestyle 24/7 via email within 7 days of receipt of order, along with proof of defect or damage in the form of photographs or videos.
